The adventure of Comptoir des Saveurs begins at the restaurant “Chez André,” 4 rue de la Justice in Mulhouse. This historic former bakery has transformed into a place of conviviality. André welcomes you with fresh, colorful, and generous cuisine. His musical sensibility is evident in this unique space. Whether with friends, family, or for a business lunch, you’ll find a friendly atmosphere in a cozy and intimate space, adorned with surprising and warm decor.
But it’s in your glass and on your plate that the experience begins. From salads to tarte flambée, as well as sandwiches and daily specials, you can enjoy a craft beer or be pleasantly surprised by one of our wines.
At “Chez André,” we take quality, authenticity, and local products seriously. Our beers, wines, bread, and meat… All products come from sustainable, and often organic, agriculture and adhere to the principles of short supply chains.
Established in 1995, it’s a pioneer in the Craft beer revival in France. Known for its charming labels, it puts all its know-how and energy into offering high-quality beers.
Formerly a carpenter, Thierry is a passionate convert. His selection of meats offers exceptional quality and relies on expertise acquired through years of practice.
Zulfukar is more than a connoisseur; he’s a passionate advocate. As a partner of “Chez André,” he brings his knowledge of wine to offer healthy, Earth-friendly products (thanks to biodynamic practices) and traditions while ensuring excellence in taste.
At “Chez André,” your dishes are accompanied by choice bread with subtle flavors, prepared according to the art.
The Clef de Sol Estate offers its wines. The range of juices you find at the Comptoir des Saveurs is made from apples from orchards over 400 years old and an extraordinary nursery.
The Dirringer family has existed for four generations now.
It started with the great-grandfather, then the grandfather, the father, and now the son, all in love with their craft and their city: Mulhouse!
The Dirringer house is located just 50 steps from Chez André. Whether at the restaurant or at the Comptoir des Saveurs, all these homemade gourmet delights will make you salivate, to the delight of young and old alike
So treat yourself to a moment of pleasure!
It’s above all an engaged business. Stéphan’s project is to organize tasting workshops with independent producers because “the most competent is the one who does it,” valuing their know-how. Located on the main road, La Cave au G’Rhin is a cozy shop-workshop with a dazzling roaster, and its interior was entirely designed by the handyman he is. André, like Stéphan, pays special attention to showcasing the quality products he offers at “Chez André” and Comptoir des Saveurs. Stéphan’s roasted coffee, an exceptional coffee prepared in our Jura machine, will delight coffee enthusiasts.
Highlighting local terroir and introducing new regional flavors is the main purpose of La P’tite Alsacienne delicatessen. Hervé and Caroline, already managers of LC2 Café and Tabac Henriette in Mulhouse, have just realized a third project that was close to their hearts. Opening a fine grocery store that exclusively sources from Alsace farmers and artisans. Just like “Chez André” and Comptoir des Saveurs, this fine grocery store is a treasure trove of incredible artisanal, local, and organic products, all from the Alsace region. You’ll find suggestions from this beautiful Mulhouse shop throughout the year.
